We’ve been delivering community-led employability and digital inclusion programmes for over twenty years. Here’s how we can work together.
1. Commission us to deliver.
You have a community that needs support. We deliver the programme. Employability, digital inclusion, community engagement, health access, or a combination. We bring the expertise, the team, and — where needed — the equipment.
We have delivered for Enfield Council Libraries, Barbican, Headway East London, Enfield Council (STEPs), NHS partners, SPACE4, NYCC, and a growing range of community organisations. We work on phased funding models, grant partnerships, and commission arrangements.
2. Consultancy:
Help designing your approach.
You know your community needs something but you're not sure exactly what. We can help you work that out — drawing on 20+ years of experience across employability, public health, digital inclusion, and community engagement.

Build something together.
4. Volunteer with us.
Some of our most effective work has come from genuine partnerships rather than commission arrangements. Space4, NYCC, and Enfield Libraries all started with a conversation. If you have a space, a community connection, or a shared goal — we want to hear from you.

We have three volunteer roles open now: Job Club Champion, Digital Inclusion Champion, and Culturally Sensitive Health Champion. Full training provided for every role. A genuine pathway to paid work as WO Consultancy grows.
