That's Digital Concierge. A trained WO Consultancy team member sits alongside you, guides you through the task step by step, and explains what's happening throughout. You stay in control — you type, click, and submit. They guide. Together, you get it done.

SAFEGUARDING — FOR RESIDENTS
Your information stays yours.
WO Consultancy takes your privacy seriously. Our Digital Concierge staff never store, photograph, or keep any of your personal information after a session. They will never type your passwords, access your financial details, or keep notes about your personal circumstances. Sessions always take place in a shared, open space — you are never taken to a private room. You are in control from start to finish.
We only ever use official websites — GOV.UK, NHS.UK, and official council portals. If something looks suspicious, we will tell you and pause before proceeding.
ORIGIN STORY
This service has been running since 2023.
Digital Concierge grew from something WO Consultancy was already doing. Community members at job clubs regularly asked for help applying for their Freedom Pass online — the form requires uploading a photo and completing a digital form, which proved a real barrier. In early 2023, WO launched a named campaign — Digital Access for Freedom Pass — making that help a structured, promoted service. It worked. And it became clear the same need existed for dozens of other tasks. Digital Concierge is the formalisation and expansion of that proven model.
