Two sessions a week — Tuesdays at Enfield Town Library, Wednesdays at Edmonton Green Library.
Each session runs three things simultaneously:
Over-50s Job Club, Job Club Plus and Digital Concierge.
Same room, same time, same welcome.
You choose what's right for you.
THREE STRANDS
Same room. Three options. You decide.
When you walk in, you’ll find three things happening at the same time. No separate entrance, no separate registration, no pressure to label yourself. You simply go to the support that’s most useful to you right now.
OVER-50S JOB CLUB
For anyone over 50 who is ready for the next chapter.
The job market looks different from how it did ten or twenty years ago. Online applications, video interviews, LinkedIn profiles, digital CVs — the mechanics have changed. But the skills, experience, and judgment that come with a long career have not lost their value. The Over-50s Job Club is built around that truth.
We provide age-appropriate, practical support: presenting a long career history clearly, navigating digital hiring processes with confidence, addressing age bias without being defined by it.
JOB CLUB PLUS
For anyone who wants stronger digital skills alongside job search support.
Job Club Plus is for people who know that digital confidence is the thing standing between them and the next step. Whether it's navigating job sites, completing online applications, setting up an email account, or getting comfortable with AI tools employers now expect — Job Club Plus gives you the space and support to build those skills in real time.
DIGITAL CONCIERGE
Digital Concierge — also running during these sessions.
Need to complete a specific online task — Freedom Pass, Universal Credit, GP registration, TV licence, Government Gateway?
Digital Concierge is a one-to-one service where a trained WOC team member sits alongside you and helps you complete the task, step by step, at your pace.
You stay in control. They guide.
A job club.
Every day of the week.
WO Consultancy has been delivering in Enfield Libraries since 2020 — our longest-running and most established community relationship. The library teams know us, trust us, and actively refer residents to our sessions. That continuity matters: it means the Job Club is embedded in the community, not parachuted in.
Edmonton Green is a particular priority. The ward has some of the highest deprivation indicators in the borough, and the library sits at the heart of a community that faces real barriers to employment, digital access, and progression. If you’re in Edmonton Green and you need support — this session is for you.
