Health & Wellbeing Apps

This introductory course explores digital apps that support mental and physical wellbeing.

Participants are introduced to a range of apps that can help with wellbeing, organisation, and healthy routines. The course focuses on understanding how these tools work and how to use them safely and confidently.

The session is practical, accessible, and ideal for learners who want to explore digital tools that support everyday wellbeing.

Digital Health Access 101

This course supports learners to access NHS and health services online with confidence.

Participants are guided through how digital health systems work, including finding reliable health information and accessing online services. The course is delivered at a supportive pace and focuses on building confidence rather than technical knowledge.

It is designed to help learners feel more independent when managing their health and wellbeing online.

Confidence Building Workshop

Confidence Building Workshop

Confidence is a skill — and like any skill, it can be built. This two-session workshop is for anyone who feels held back by self-doubt, anxiety, or low confidence in professional or social situations. It covers practical techniques for managing nerves, reframing negative self-talk, presenting yourself in interviews and meetings, and taking action even when you don’t feel ready. Delivered in a small-group, supportive environment with no pressure to share more than you want to.

Digital Health Access 101

The NHS has moved significantly online — GP appointments, prescription ordering, test results, referrals, and health records are all accessible digitally. But for many people, the barrier is not motivation. It’s knowing how. This course walks you through accessing and using NHS and GP online services, understanding health apps and portals, and getting more from digital health tools in a way that puts you in control of your own healthcare.

Health & Wellbeing Apps

There are hundreds of apps designed to support mental and physical health — for sleep, anxiety, exercise, mindfulness, nutrition, and more. This course cuts through the noise: which apps are genuinely useful, how to use them safely and effectively, and how to build simple digital habits that support your wellbeing without adding more screen time stress.
