DIGITAL INCLUSION EMPHASIS

Job search support and digital skills — every session.

The Friday session has a strong digital inclusion thread running through it. Alongside CV writing, job searching, and interview preparation, every session offers hands-on digital support — helping people get online, navigate job sites, build digital confidence, and get comfortable with the tools that modern workplaces expect. The Space4 environment — a fully equipped co-working space — makes this natural.

THE ORIGIN STORY

How it started: one conversation, one year on.

The Finsbury Park Job Club was not planned. It grew out of a conversation.

In late 2024, Williamz Omope — founder of WO Consultancy — attended the Creatives + Cooperatives networking event at SPACE4. He came to speak about freelancing and collaboration. What he did not expect was to leave with the beginning of a partnership that would reshape the next twelve months of the organisation.

That evening, Williamz met Natasha from SPACE4. One conversation turned into a meeting. That meeting turned into a proposal: a weekly Job Club at SPACE4, bringing laptops, digital skills, and employability support directly to the people of Finsbury Park. The pilot launched. Within weeks, it was oversubscribed.

“The Job Club has become a real anchor for the community. A space for learning, confidence building, digital inclusion, and genuine connection. I am genuinely proud of how far we have come in such a short space of time.”

ABOUT SPACE4

A space built for people who are building something.

SPACE4 is a co-working, events, and training space in Finsbury Park, operated by Outlandish — a tech worker co-operative committed to social impact and community benefit. It is not a standard commercial co-working space. It is a space deliberately designed to support social impact organisations, cooperatives, activists, local businesses, and community groups.

For WO Consultancy, SPACE4 is the ideal delivery partner. It is professional without being corporate. It is community-facing without being informal. And it sits two minutes from Finsbury Park station — one of North London's most connected transport hubs.

The partnership between WO Consultancy and SPACE4 is a genuine values alignment: two organisations that believe the best way to support communities is to show up in the spaces they already trust, with offers they can actually access.
