COURSE DESCRIPTIONS

CV Writing Workshop

A CV is not just a list of jobs. It’s a document that has to make someone want to meet you. This workshop covers what employers actually look for, how to structure and format a CV clearly, how to describe your experience in a way that stands out, and how to tailor it for specific roles. You will leave with a CV you are confident sending.

Interview Preparation Workshop

Most people are not bad at interviews — they’re underprepared. This workshop covers the most common interview formats, how to answer competency and behavioural questions, how to talk about your experience clearly, what to research before you go in, and how to manage nerves. Includes practice questions and group exercises.

Career Pivot Toolkit

Changing direction is one of the most common things people want to do — and one of the least well supported. This course gives you a practical framework for identifying transferable skills, researching new sectors and roles, positioning your existing experience for a different audience, and building a credible transition plan.

Workplace Tech 101

Modern workplaces use technology that is not always taught — cloud tools, collaboration platforms, video conferencing, shared documents, digital communication. This course covers the tools employers use most and builds the confidence to navigate a digital workplace from day one.

Public Speaking & Presentation

Whether it’s an interview panel, a team meeting, a client presentation, or simply speaking up in a room — the ability to communicate clearly and confidently is a career skill. This course covers structure, delivery, managing nerves, and practical techniques for speaking with authority in any situation.

Employability for Neurodiverse Talent

A strength-based, two-session programme designed for people who are autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, or otherwise neurodiverse — and for anyone who has found conventional job searching and interview processes difficult to navigate. This course focuses on identifying and articulating your genuine strengths, understanding your rights in the workplace, preparing for interviews in a way that works for you, and finding employers who value what you bring. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
