The WOC Job Club Network.
Job Clubs.
Every day of the week.
Across North London.
WOC Job Clubs are not a typical employability service. They are open-access community spaces where anyone can walk in and get real, hands-on help — with their CV, job search, online applications, digital skills, and more.
There are no eligibility criteria. No referral routes. No waiting lists. You don’t have to be unemployed, on benefits, or in a particular postcode. You just have to turn up.
With 20+ years of employability expertise in every session, we provide meaningful support in the moment — because we know that when someone finally reaches out for help, making them wait is not an option.
From April 2026, the WO Job Club Network runs Monday to Friday
WHAT WE HELP WITH
At every Job Club session you can get help with:
CV writing and improvements
Job searching and vacancy matching
Online applications and account set-up
Person specifications and supporting statements
Interview preparation and practice
Digital skills — email, online forms, uploading documents
Universal Credit journals and online accounts
Printing, scanning, and basic admin
Signposting to wider support services
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
No gatekeeping.
Most employability services begin with an eligibility check. We don’t. If you want help, you’re welcome. Employed, unemployed, self-employed, returning to work, exploring a career change, or simply stuck — everyone is welcome in the same room.
Real help, right now.
We don’t tell people to come back next week. We aim to make a meaningful difference in every session. CVs built in one sitting. Applications completed on the day. Digital accounts set up before you leave.
A community space, not a clinical appointment.
You can arrive anxious, unsure, or with no plan. You don’t have to ‘perform’ need. The Job Club is a safe, non-judgemental space where you are met where you are — and supported at your own pace.
THE NETWORK STORY
This is not one job club. It’s a network — and it’s growing.
When WO Consultancy launched its first Job Club in 2020, it ran one session a week out of a library in Enfield. That session was so consistently full, and the need so consistently clear, that expanding was never a question of whether — only of when and where.
From April 2026, the network runs every weekday. Five days. Multiple venues. Enfield and Haringey. Libraries, co-working spaces, community centres. The same open-access, no-gatekeeping model at every location.
And we’re not stopping there.
THE INFRASTRUCTURE THAT MAKES THIS POSSIBLE
We bring the classroom with us.
Most employability and digital inclusion providers depend on venue infrastructure — computers, wi-fi, IT rooms. If the venue doesn’t have them, the service can’t run. WO Consultancy has deliberately built a model that removes that dependency entirely.
Our Mobile Digital Suite includes 15 laptops, 15 tablets, 10 mobile phones, full projection equipment, and portable wi-fi connectivity. We can walk into any room with tables and chairs and turn it into a functioning digital classroom or job club.
This is what enables genuine community reach. Estate community rooms. Church halls. Youth club spaces. Drop-in centres. Places that have never been able to host digital training before — because no one brought the equipment. We did.

Make it stand out.
More boroughs. More venues. The same commitment.
We are actively working to bring WOC Job Clubs to new boroughs and new communities. Our expansion model is straightforward: identify where the need is highest, find trusted community spaces, and show up — consistently, reliably, for free.
We are in conversations with partners across North and East London about new Job Club locations in community centres, faith spaces, housing estate hubs, libraries, and co-working environments. If the community can get there, we can deliver there.
What makes this possible is our Mobile Digital Suite. We own a full portable IT infrastructure — 15 laptops, 15 tablets, 10 mobile phones, projectors, and connectivity equipment. We do not need a venue with computers. We do not need an IT room. We bring everything we need. That means our expansion is not limited by venue infrastructure. It is limited only by capacity — and we are building that too.
NO ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Every session in the WO Job Club Network runs the same way: walk in, get help, no questions asked. You do not need to be unemployed. You do not need to be on benefits. You do not need a referral, a postcode, or a programme number.
Employed and looking for better work? Welcome. Just moved to the country and navigating the job market for the first time? Welcome. Returning after a career break, illness, or caring responsibilities? Welcome. Unsure what you need but stuck? Especially welcome.
The door is open. Every day of the week.
FOR ORGANISATIONS AND COMMISSIONERS
Want to bring a WO Job Club to your community or borough?
If you represent a local authority, housing provider, NHS trust, community organisation, or any body looking to improve employment and digital inclusion outcomes for your community, we want to hear from you.
We can work with you to establish a Job Club at your venue or in your area — funded through our commissioning model, grant partnerships, or phased funding arrangements. We bring the expertise, the team, and the equipment. You bring the space and the community connection.
