Partnership: Build something together.
We’ve been delivering community-led employability and digital inclusion programmes for over 6 years.
Here’s how we can work together.
Some of our most effective and lasting work has grown from genuine partnerships — not formal commission arrangements, but relationships built on shared values, mutual trust, and a joint commitment to community outcomes.
Space4, NYCC, and Enfield Libraries all started with a conversation. They became the backbone of WO Consultancy’s delivery network because the fit was right: organisations that hold deep community trust, paired with WO Consultancy’s expertise, infrastructure, and employability offer.
We are actively looking for partners who:
Hold space, relationships, or community trust that could host or amplify our offer
Are working in employability, digital inclusion, health access, or youth engagement — and want to add depth to what they deliver
Have a community brief and want to co-design a programme rather than commission one
Are applying for funding and need a credible, experienced delivery partner to strengthen the bid
Share our belief that community support should be open-access, human, and built around real need
Partnership with WO Consultancy is not transactional. We bring expertise, equipment, facilitation, and a track record of reaching communities that are hard to reach. What makes partnerships work is alignment — on values, on outcomes, and on the communities we’re trying to serve.
If you have a space, a community connection, a shared goal, or an idea that’s been sitting in the back of your mind — we want to hear from you.
