The NYCC Job Club is a new partnership between WO Consultancy and NYCC — Youth & Community Connexions, a deeply trusted organisation in the Edmonton community with an established relationship with young people and families across Enfield.

The club is open to everyone, but the setting and emphasis reflect who walks through NYCC's doors — including young people entering the job market for the first time, those exploring apprenticeships, and those who have been out of education or employment.

WO Consultancy brings its proven Job Club model — open access, hands-on, no gatekeeping — into a space that already holds the trust of people who often cannot or will not engage with statutory employment services. That combination matters. The warmth of NYCC’s community relationships, combined with WO’s 20+ years of employability expertise, creates something that a standard Jobcentre or referral-based programme simply cannot replicate.

This club is designed to reach people in Edmonton who face real barriers — including young people, parents and carers returning to work, people affected by the pressures of living in a high-need area, and anyone who has found formal services difficult to access or trust. Everyone is welcome. No eligibility criteria. No prior engagement with NYCC required.
