Most training programmes are designed for an average participant that does not exist. WO Consultancy starts with your community — who they are, what they need, what barriers they face, and what success genuinely means for them. Then we build the course around that.

  • This means delivery is not limited by your venue's infrastructure.

  • We can run a fully equipped digital training session in a community centre, estate hub, school, or faith space.

    Discovery conversation
    We get on a call to understand your community, the specific barriers they face, and what success looks like for you.

  • Step 3

    Course design
    We design the content, structure, and materials. You review and sign off before anything is finalised.

  • Step 4

    Delivery
    We deliver at your venue or ours, or online. We bring the Mobile Digital Suite if participants need devices.

  • Step 5

    Evaluation & reporting
    Attendance, participant feedback, outcomes — in whatever format you need for funders or commissioners.
